As I wake before I have coffee before I get out of bed I say a prayer for the day to start on a positive note.
I ask to see the things I need to see and hear the words of hope I need to hear.
I seek peace and joy daily. I ask to have my eyes wide open to behold the beauty of the world and to be the image of love and goodness, to do or say something that lifts up another person. Wanting the best for others first as well as myself.
Slow down smell the roses inhale life, tune into true love believe in the words of life have faith in God and move forward without fear.
