Speak The Best About Yourself

Do you find yourself thinking more negative thoughts than positive, it's not surprising we are surrounded by negativity all the time. The things people say about themselves floor me, they constantly say all the reasons why they can't achieve their goals it's either they are to old, to young, to fat, to short, to talk, to sick the list goes on.

I am sure you have heard people people say "to die for" would you really like to die for anything, why say such  negative words over yourself. I  have a client who said  like a heart attack all the time. I told him to stop saying that he said, "I am only kidding" well guess what, he had a heart attack.

Don't waste time speaking ill over you, anyone or over our country, speak in success. Words have power the world was created by words and thoughts. We have the power to do the same things with our lives the power of good or evil  is in our tongue, chose your words well. Think long before you speak.
