UPPER CUT OF BURGER

1 IB. GROUND SIRLOIN, EXTRA LEAN. 1/2 CUP MILK, 1/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS. 2 TBSP. CANOLA OIL, 2 TBSP. FRESH PARSLEY, CHOPPED 1/2 PACKAGE DRY ONION SOUP. 1/4 CUP WATER. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM BOWL LET STAND IN REFRI, FOR HOUR. PRE-HEAT OVEN. FORM MEAT INTO PATTIES AND HEAT IN OVEN.
